The Lynx 400 series pasta cooker is a compact, plug and play model that comes with a removable dishwasher safe tank for added convenience. This units compact size makes it a great fit for cafes and small restaurants that cook individual or smaller portions of pasta. Silverlink 600 round pot bains marie are the ideal accompaniment to the pasta boilers in this series, as they're perfect for holding sauces, gravy and pre-cooked foods for up to two hours at serving temperature

Not only does the Silverlink 600 Electric Pasta Boiler deliver perfect pasta every time, it also has the versatility to be used as a steamer and Bain Marie, too. The boiler comes with a lid to reduce heat up time and also cover the tanks when not in use, while the thermostatic control maintains an accurate water temperature throughout. Ideal for cafes as well as smaller pubs and restaurants, the boiler also features enhanced resistance to punishing salt and starch corrosion with high quality grade 304 stainless steel tanks, basket support plates, and corrosion-resistant elements.
