With a choice of powerful gas hob, or sleek induction top the Falcon range provides you ultimate control and superior performance. The induction hob is powerful and fast, yet still has the ability to heat at a low enough level to melt chocolate in the base of a pan without the use of a bain-marie. The gas top offers benefits of its own including a powerful 5kw burner which is excellent for stir fry’s. Under the burners the stainless steel hob is made from one piece of stainless steel which aids with easy cleaning.

Falcon Range cookers also boast two large high performance ovens (except the 900s which has one large cavity). Both the multi-function and fanned oven are complete with stay-clean liners. The dual circuit grill features a fully extending gliding tray.
